What do you use to clean your carbon arrows after you run them threw a deer?
water.
warm water
mine have always been broken unfortunately.
warm water and dawn dish soap
I use warm water and a bit of very fine steel wool to clean mine.
Hot water and dishwashing liquid even use dish brush on feathers if needed. Then put arrow in bathroom sink point down lean shaft against fingernail use blow drier to spin arrow by blowing on feathers until dry will spin better and better as they dry "kinda fun". Just make sure to wipe spray droplets off of mirror before wife comes in.
2nd on hot water and dawn dish liquid.
I cleaned mine also with dish soap, but first I just stripped off the wrap/feathers and cleaned the shaft. I'll just refletch it later, got plenty, no big deal. :coffee:
warm h2o
I clean the shaft with water and then clean the rest of the blood out of feathers with peroxide. Then use a hair dryer on the fletch while shaping them with my fingers until they are dry. They turn out just fine.
Before.

Dish soap and warm water the fletch will dry out and look fine. Got to try the peroxide.
Great shot on that buck Mr. Arnett!
