Title: dry quiver and arrows in the rain, check this out
Post by: ozy clint on November 02, 2012, 10:42:00 PM
hey guys just thought i'd show you something i found that i think is the best way to keep your feathers dry. marksman bowquivers makes them along with some really versatile bow quivers.

anyway his 'arrowmac' works really well. it's been tested in New Zealand where it's wet ALL THE TIME! it's the ultimate rain protection IMO. great for backpack hunts into the backcountry as it packs super small and weighs next to nothing. they are very well made and the way they attach is a brillant idea. they aren't intended for use while stalking, however it's not hard to get an arrow out if you need to in a hurry. it's for those periods when it's wet and things need to stay dry.

the great thing about it is that it envelops the whole quiver. hood, arrows and all. no more rusty broadheads on that week long backpack hunt.

Don't take this the wrong way, but my arrows get wet in a Safari tuff, but I still love it ! I'm guessing that this would be for when your out hunting and get caught in some stormy weather, and it's very light so it would be great for packing in, I'll have to get one before my elk hunt next season.

Thanks for posting it up.
