What kind of arrow fletcher do you tradgangers use? I have used a JoJan for about 10 years. Works great. 6 arrows at a time. I am also just starting to use a BPE Pro Fletcher. Making some spruce Flu Flu's with a five fletch on the BPE. Jim.
Bitzenburger. I love it. One at a time, but with Bohning fletching tape, it doesn't really make a difference. It's not like there is a drying time, so you finish one, take it out and move to the next. I normally can fletch a dozen with 3 feathers each at about 45 minutes total, 4 fletch takes me about an hour for the dozen.
All the best,
Glenn
I use one at a time JoJan. I'm a cheap-o
I've been using the same set of BPE's for probably 17 years or so.

I am using the multi jo-jan. (Impatient cheapo) :D
I will be using fletch tape for the first time as soon as I get my shafts dipped. Any tricks to using the tape or is it simple to use? Jim.
I have an arizona fletcher that I have had for years. No telling how many arrows Has been in that thing.I also have a jo-jan but don't use it as much.I have some fletch tape ordered ,not sure what I'll use with that.
Single Bitz for many years, slower but it does the job.Have some in the fletcher now-better go rotate!
Bitz and fletch tape make for a great combination.
Bitz and goat tuff glue. I'm gonna try some fletching tape at some point
Jo-Jan single, slow but works real well once set up properly.

Bitzenburger, my first and the last fletcher I'll buy.
Bitzenburger. I have tried hand-fletching, though.
I use multiple Grayling fletchers, straight, LW and RW helical. Works great but need to clean the clamps regularly. I use superglue but will try fletching tape soon.

The fletching tape is extremely easy to use. I followed the directions - real easy, and after the first feather, it was a "ok... I got this", and just rolled on. I haven't used glue on feathers since I started using the fletch-tape, except to tip both ends of the feather after it is on there - just a dab on the front and back edges, and mine never come off.
JoJan multi for the last 10yrs or so.Never had any problems with it
My BPE straight clamp should be here today or tomorrow and I am going try the a 5 fletch Flu Flu with the fletch tape. I'll let you know how it turns out. Jim.
I use a 35 year old Bitzenburger. It's fletched hundreds of arrows for me; and fletched thousands of arrows for the professional arrow maker from whom I bought it secondhand.
I use a bohning been using it for years. Works great.
jo jan 6 arrow fletcher cant beat it.

Bitzenberger for me. Been using it and my feather burner for years. Nothing like the smell of fresh burned feathers in the morning to clear a guys head!
:campfire:
Bitz is the way to go along with fletch tape. No more messy glues. :archer: Ray, aka........hawgslayer
Same here, bitz and fletch tape.
My straight clamp arrieved last week. Fletched some flu flu's with fletch tape and used the BPE Pro Fletcher, 5 fletch, burned the feathers to about 1" height. They fly great. Can't wait to try them on squirrels and rabbits.
Jojan multi .....
