Title: Young Trad hunter!!
Post by: Oldskool2 on October 24, 2012, 02:13:00 PM
My Kids are really into archery, My son shoots a 60" longbow that is about 30# at his 24" draw and my daughter shoots a lil bear wheel bow and a bear recurve. I took them squirrel hunting recently and they loved it. My son was stalking like an indian and my daughter was playing with a turtle she found. It was a little comical at times but it was a blast. I will post pics of there first harvest some day soon!!  (http://i1289.photobucket.com/albums/b516/oldskool23/2012-10-14_09-22-22_929.jpg)[/IMG]

Getting your kids involved is fantastic, and you can't start them early enough! Keep at it and they'll have hauling squirrels back before you know it.

Thats, great good to see kids with bows.  You learn good life lessons bowhunting.  My dad just had to bite the bullet, because i was pretty hard on arrows! haha

That's what it's all about, kids and bows. You are a very lucky man. Enjoy them now because they grow up way too fast.

Quite difficult to exceed imagining a preeminent thought over sharing a mutually loved activity with those you love.

An even enhanced joy of fulfillment was most likely had by you.
