I can see this being made of soft camo or neutral-color material, with felt around the inside of each shaft hole of the spacer, and an adjustable strap for back or side carry. Gotta be easy and cheap to make yourself, as well.

Just have to remember the arrows are usually put in point up when broadheads are used (they won't easily fit through the holes...)! And the bags are easilyy and relatively inexpensive to make.
As is, the present top spacer would accommodate mechanical, blunt and field heads with little work, but I'd make the following modifications:
Keep holes in the center area of the spacer for the above arrows, but put notches around the edge for standard broadheads, with a stiff piece of foam or a wool/fur pad at the bottom of the bag to secure the heads and prevent rattling. Just bumping ideas around.
