New place all to myself. New stands. New outlook. New strategy. Winds were swirling and saw nothing (except on my way in and out) but a BEAUTIFUL day in the stand overall and it felt great to finally have the BW longbow in my hands again. Pretty sure I gotta move that feeder!

Killed 88 since last Oct. However that's with 10 grand worth of night vision, thermal scopes and AR rifle!! My first and only bow kill was a nice 150ish boar hog last Xmas. Now that I have 1700 acres to myself I can bowhunt days and night hunt with technology....,

I'm jealous too. Michigan has declared war on feral hogs. No tag required - shoot on sight year round. Trouble is I have NEVER seen one. I know they must be out there, but I've never even seen tracks while out scouting.
