Well in training anyway.
The weather warmed a bit today and I stayed home this morning to let my wife sleep in and make breakfast for everybody. Figured it would be a good evening to take the boys out. This is my youngest first hunt. No deer were seen but we had a great time, ate a bunch of snacks and dug in the dirt.

Great to see you out with your boys Rob. Thanks for posting. Good luck this season and hope to see and hunt with you again sometime soon.
Thats awsome, my only hunter in the family got her first squirrel tonight. I know how proud you must be to have your boys in the woods with you.
:bigsmyl:  :archer:
Awesome man, taking the kids out is always an adventure!
Took my little buddy hunting today, we didnt get anything but we had a blast and he came home with stories for mommy. He didnt want to sleep last night and now hes ready to do it again!
That's what it's all about! Lucky Dad...lucky kids!
:biglaugh: :biglaugh: :biglaugh: What a crew.....lucky you!!! Love the camo face paint!!
Fantastic! Do it every time possible. You'll never regret the time you spend with a master woodsman :-)
That brings back memories. Awesome!!!!
Looks like fun. My girls are still a little young but I am looking forward to that very thing! Good on you!
Now that's a motley lookin crew!!! Way to go dad- keep it up! :clapper:
 Keep up the good work with your boys
Looks like the Master Woodsman could teach you a thing or two, kudos for spending time with your boys.
Ya gotta love it man!
The smiles say it all!!
Dudes,,,,, that's as good a gift as life has to offer. I hope to hunt pheasant with my dynamic duo :notworthy: tomorrow.
Now, THAT'S the way to get your kids into bowhunting! Way to go!
That is very cool.
P.S....Not to read too much into a title, but I love that you called them "Master Woodsmen". When I was a youngster, that was the highest compliment my crusty old Uncles and Grandfather could bestow upon a man. It tells me you care about "all of it"....not just putting deer on the pole. I raised my boys the same way. You are on the right trail my friend.
Looks to me like a couple peach orchard boars Rob LOL.
Them two boys are a hoot for sure and lucky to have you for a dad. We need to get together if I can get some time off work.
Awesome!!! :notworthy: :clapper:

Roger said it before I could......
Thats awesome!
Love seein the kids!
Fantastic!
Thanks for the comments guys! :)
I am having so much fun this year. I'm not taking my hunting so seriously. Hunting the ground, packing lighter, spending more time with friends and family, and taking a bunch of pics. I figure I will catch up with a deer eventually. :goldtooth:
Rob
Rob, I love to see your posts about you and your boys. I have a 2 1/2, a 1 year old, and another on the way. I only hope I do as good of a job as you and GURU seem to be doing. Keep up the good work.
Thats too cool.
This just made me smile and think about time out with my boys. We need to go out soon!!! Thanks for sharing.
