The Tall Tines is the easiest to shoot, best performing bow I have ever shot; and I have had a pile of bows.

I just got one and it is awesome.  It is very smooth, fast and very forgiving.  Also the grip is very nice.

Best recurve I've shot.  Good mass in the riser makes it really dead in the hand.

Much should heavily depend on your personal experience in shooting a Tall Tines.

I have never shot one that is why I posted the question for the folks that own or have shot them. I'm sure they are good bows  just wanted to hear what my fellow Tradgangers have to say on them. I trust what many have to say here just looking for a little input on them and so far it looks good.

Have you worn out those bear takedowns already?

Never hear anything but good about Tall Tines.

Because you already have....

-Habu
-Schafer
-Sasquatch
-Bear Take-Downs

The big sleeper, new Predator with a metal riser and wood grip. When the lefty is available I'm at the top of the list. My son has the RH version and it is, too me, as near a perfect bow as I've ever held.

Bel007, Someone else said it first a number of years ago (and I've forgotten who) on here. I don't think anyone else picked up on it but I loved it, made a sign of it and posted it in a pro archery shop I worked in then, and have used it often since. I always wished I   HAD  thought of it   :D

I am glad you bought them both Sam. I will be very interested to see your thoughts on the longbow. Saved me some explaining to the better half on why another box with a bow showed up.

Well the bad thing is I think I just bought another one , so now its 2 recurves and 1 longbow , and I have never even shot a Tall Tines, I better like them. Im sure I will soon as they get here they will be in the wilds of Texas putting arrows in four legged critters , you can bank on that..
