Can you post pics JD? Also of the area needing repair?
JD - Get with me and I can help you get that repaired. For a friend in the OSS it will only cost you what ever materials I have to use! Or if you come by my shop in OKC I can help you get the supplies you'll need and any and all advise is free of charge.

JD - Steve Catts comes to mind. DBA as Leathersmith out of West Virginia. However, I haven't seen him at Denton Hill the past two or three years.

Not a Steve Catts...looks like a Shriver quiver to me.
I am thinking Shriver as well. He also makes the Brass templates to brand your arrows with.
He is a good guy.
If you pick up a shriver quiver, it has some weight to it.
