I'm a customer for life--their customer service has always been outstanding, and they proved it again this week.
I spotted a mis-labeled spool--first time that ever happened, in many years and many hundreds (maybe in the thousands) of pounds of string material I've gone through in the last 20 years or so. Point being it's a rare mistake.
No big deal, but I needed this particular color and material to finish an order for a child's birthday present--put me in a spot.
I e-mail Roger Browne (Ray's son) and explain the situation. I got many apologies, and a correct spool overnighted to me--no charge. I got more than I bargained for!
BCY hooked me early on, when I was just getting started in the string business. They treated me like a million dollar customer from the very start, after I had a really bad experience with a customer rep from a different company.
Besides the excellent service, in my opinion they offer the best variety of bowstring materials available.
Just doesn't get any better than that!

BCY and LBR, a great combination. Great material and even greater strings. Thanks Chad.

Chad, you turned me on to BCY materials when I first began making strings and I've never had any reason to change.

I too like and use alot of BCY string materials,I really like the new 8190 material!
I appreciate the good word!
Thing is, IMO, when one company comes up with something great the other is going to have a very similar version out soon. What makes the difference to me is customer service.
My experience with that other company may have been a fluke, but like Grey said I've never had a reason to go anywhere else.
Great string and great people ! That's a winning combo .
