Don't shoot against this guy for money... or beers! You may have already seen this clip of Mr. Stout educating people about elevated rests, short recurves and accuracy, but if not, it's worth watching. I just saw it the other night. Some real fine shooting! I'm just glad I'm not a deer or varmint living in his back yard!

Good shooting, thanks for posting
He is a great shot for sure. He has posted several videos with him shooting the 60 inch recurves and toose groups shrink to 3-4 inches. God Bless
Thanks for that. Ya think the guy has practiced just a little bit? Didn't seem too worried about that camera sittin' on top of the bale!!
He shoots better at 40 yards than many compound shooters I have seen! No filming tricks there, just two sticks, a string and many, many years of practice.
Yeah Mr. Stout has a wealth of info, haven't seen him around here much lately. He made those shots and its windy as hell out. Joe
Wow!!!
George used to be on here a lot......he's a neat guy and has been doing this for a long time!! I miss his posts......... :dunno:
He's a regular over on the other site.
I respect his opinions, now I respect his shooting. Good job George!
Something every you archer should see. He's so relaxed and confident. I'd be afraid of smacking the camera.
George is a good shot and a wealth of knowledge. He shoots like that with almost any bow he picks up.
I miss George's posts, too.
That's some good shooting!
George not only is a fantastic shot, but has a wealth of knowledge about archery. We could all take lessons from him!

A fine poet too!!
George is amazing, really great guy
I'm not sure what you are talking about when you say"New England Archers"? George lives in Bedford,PA.?
Gotta love Mr. Stout!
For you folks unfamiliar with George, just know that this isn't his first rodeo!
Like some others, I sorely miss George's wit and sage advice on here. He does, however, post pretty frequently on another trad web site.
George is a credit to PA traditional shooters.
Great shooting. Thanks for posting his video up.
PA? Oh, my bad! I thought from his accent he was from Mass or Conn. I guess I should have warned the entire Eastern half of the USA, I'll change the title...LOL!!!!
A return to reality.
Fine shooting George!
Holy Schnikes! When he said he had "a piece of cardboard" on the hay, I was expecting a biga$$ square. That was a tight group for those varied distances! oh ..I guess I'm stating the obvious...
Kingsnake :clapper:
Interesting video
Wow, didn't realize that was George. Always enjoyed George's posts, great guy, but never realized he was that good of a shot...8^)
Also enjoyed hearing time lap's between release an arrow impact. Great stuff...
I think George hangs out on "***********", He is my neighbor ( lives about 2 miles away from me ). Very nice man, tried to get me to Hill Denton thing but I was too busy to get there.
