I have always used Fletch Tite without a problem but its getting expensive. Any other otions that work as well? Thanks. BILL
Super Glue works well with carbons .
I use fletch tight as well. If you're looking for less expensive,Duco cement looks to be the cheapest. I've never used it though.
Super glue, here. I can do six on my JoJan. Go back and do 6 more, etc. No waiting and then I take them to the burner. I usually let them sit overnight before shooting, however.
I'm not sure Duco will work on carbons. Better check that out. Its great on wood.
super glue here.
i used duco on carbons for years. no problems yet i get mine at family dollar 1.35
Duco works on carbon and aluminum directly on the shaft but not on cap wraps. Super glue gel works to but I don't think its alot cheaper than the Bohning product.
Super glue
bohning tape works on carbon and aluminum, not so good on wood though. mostly I use fletch tite regardless of shaft type.
I use wraps and superglue on carbons. Gorilla Glue impact tough formula, Loctite professional liquid, Pine Ridge Instant arrow glue, and Goat Tuff all work great. I highly recommend using the wraps, scraping superglue off carbons is the worst! In my experience superglue is not effected by heat or water, you will not lose feathers if you fletch your carbons this way. I use and recommend onestringer.com for arrow wraps.
