Title: Hill country bows
Post by: tuscarawasbowman on September 17, 2012, 10:02:00 AM
Wanted to give a quick shout out to Hill country bows. I was at a archery shop in Charm (mostly compound and crossbow oriented) I noticed a really sharp looking recurve hanging on one of the hooks. It turned out to be a Hill country take down. I was impressed with the wood selection and the fine craftsmanship. Drew it back and was surprised at how smooth it was. Didn't get to shoot it but I am sure it would have been a performer. If you are in the market for a new recurve give Roman at Hill country a try you won't be disappointed.

I'm currently shooting a 60 inch Bobcat with longbow(or hybrid?) limbs. It's quick and quiet.

Hope to get a shot at a critter with it soon...

Brett

I just got my 2 piece Harvst Master a few weeks ago and its a shooter. As good as it shoots.....it looks even better. I wish I had JoeVT's picture taking skills as it definately needs to be seen to appreciate it's looks

I had my hands on one in charm myself two weeks ago. I have to agree it was a very good looking bow.
