Have any of you used one? Which one? Any advice or comments about them or their use.
I'm needing one and want to get some suggestions on which one to get. Thanks folks.
I have/use the Grayling for a couple years now. I think I bought it from the Bowhunters Superstore. Lancaster Archery Supply might have them too. About $60, works good. Bill G.
I've got one of the plastic one's i don't know what kind or where it is right now, but it was the cheap version of the metal one. It worked well. If its not bent to bad near the tip, or the very end of the shaft. It has saved me some money on aluminum arrows in the past.It takes some practice to get them within +or- the right tolerance.
I dont have one, butt Jerry at a local shop has one and at a cost of $1 per arrow it's worth it to have them straightened, the ones I have straightened are used for Beaver Huntin....
I have a Martin arrow mate. No longer made but a great tool that not only straightens but does spine, FOC, cuts shafts, and checks point alignment. If you find one buy it!!!!!! Frank
I have one from full adjust archery products that works real well but it is hard to straighten bends near the ends without creasing the shafts
Ive got a roller and use my hands. works for me
I've still got the one my grandfather and a buddy of his built in the early 50's. Funny thing is it looks exactly like the ones they make today, except mine has V blocks instead of rollers.
