Does the accusharp sharpener work good on eskimos and ace heads? Cause I just can't get them sharp with a file. I've watched videos and I'm getting frustrated!
The Accusharp will work fine for you bud!! You can hog metal off the edge with heavy strokes if needed to establish the angle, then go lighter with it to finish.
I appreciate it, I'm gonna get one and give her a go
Check back and report how it goes!
Will do thanks
Charlie is right, I sharpen everything from broadheads to axes with mine.
Hog metal LOL. He's right, heavy then light
Accusharps are excellent! It is all I use now.
I always use them to "touch up" my broadheads after using a file. They're a great little sharpener.

I also switched to AccuSharp this year for my broadheads and knives. Couldn't be any easier or faster to use and get REALLY sharp. I used to take two knives with me to bone out my elk but now I just take one knife and my AccuSharp. Half way thru my elk I'll take 30 seconds to sharpen it up again.
Which one are yall using?
These days I tend to use the Accusharp less than I used to since I finally learned to sharpen my broadheads with a file. But I still use one for touch-up and in the field. Great little tool.

I have two and they are great. Knives, broadheads, hatchet and my machette.
Shaving sharp on Zwickey Delta's
That's what I was hoping yall'd say.
Thanks
I've had a few over the years. Never seemed to work too great gives a jagged edge and I would never use it on a good knife.
SHAVING sharp in literally 30 seconds. I can shave hair off of my arm in 30 seconds with this thing. I don't see any need for the expensive equipment when this $10 tool works so well... but that's just me
where do you guys get these.
Are they all they same. Looks like walmart sells them. But would that be the same one that 3 rivers sells?
You can find them in a lot of different places but you have to get the real one.
I bought one for the kitchen knife drawer that looked just like an accusharp but it wasn't worth a toot.
If you can't find one locally, just google it and pick your place to buy.
Y'all were right! Accusharp is awesome, gets them super sharp with ease.
Thanks again
Nothing better for two blades. I set the angle with a file, couple of light strokes with the accusharp and your done!
I use one for all my 2 blade broadheads...its an excellent tool..shoot a stinger into my bh target to tune up and then run the accusharp over it and in 20 strokes per edge in shaves hair again..
Just yesterday I was playing around tuning a few bows with broadheads. Sharpened some Bear greenies with a file and some Zwickeys and Stingers with the AccuSharp. I pulled out an old blue stainless steel 145gr screw-in Bear Razorhead. Use to shoot them for summer broadhead leagues through cardboard animal targets into sand piles. A summer of sand will dull one up pretty darn good. Put one of those "butter knife" sharp buggers on an arrow and in about two minutes I had it shaving sharp with two AccuSharps. One I use for heavy work and the other for light finish work. They work like a charm.
Has anyone used the accusharp designed for single bevel edges on a single bevel broadhead like the Grizzly?
