Shield 5" yellow and orange barred for the summer. Beginning to like pink for the fall.

Shield cut 5", yellow or white hen feathers and natural cock feather, generally used with yellow or white crown dip.

4x4" low profile bananas. Goose for bad weather, natural turkey in general, and solid white for stumping...might try pink though.

I like the 4x4" because it gives great flight, looks cool, & has been the quietest combo I've tried.

I like 5" shield in right helical fletch because they look good and work well for me.  As for color, I'm still experimenting.  I really like the looks of two dark red barred and one natural barred for the cock feather but those are somewhat hard to find when they bury.

My next batch is going to have flo yellow/flo green zebra print wraps with flo pink feathers and a pink/red barred cock feather in hopes of them being brighter and easier to find.

My next batch of flu-flu's are going to be the same wraps and six 4" helical fletched feathers but have either alternating AMG chartreuse and flo pink or I might try splicing the two colors with pink at the nock then chartreuse at the nock and so forth.  My flu-flu arrows will also be getting the pink fluff tracers from 3-rivers.  I want them to standout no matter what!

5" shield in yellow. The shield shape helps with my secondary anchor, which is the feather touching the tip of my nose. I want 5" because I think that looks the most balanced on the arrow. I like yellow for the visibility. I use white nocks and white/yellow wraps for the visibility too.

Right now Im using pink and yellow.  Ideally it would be a pink wrap with 2 pink feathers and one yellow.  However I dont have the wraps on.  Use both 4" and 5".

5" shield--because they look cool  ;)    and I prefer the chartreuse because I feel they "glow" better in low-light......easier to track arrow flight and judge shot-placement (for me).  Sometimes a mix of 2 chartreuse and 1 flo-orange...but now just using a barred-chartrue and plain combination.
Dress them up with some arrow wraps from Onestringer......
for target arrows---whatever feathers  I find on sale...  :bigsmyl:

4" parabolic red hen feathers and white cock feather. I'm thinking about switching to pink instead of red before fall comes though. It sure stands out a lot better.

5 inch 4 fletch.....cause they are stable no matter anything....never have to worry at any time rain or shine - mud or snow....my arrows fly true.

Flow orange has been proven to be the brightest color in the woods by far, thats the reason for the orange vests....but can't find feathers that flo orange with that hi a viz, so I use chartreuse....the brightest thing I can find in flight under the most scenarios.  These actually get brighter in low light....like they start to 'glow in the dark'.

And, I like to do a few in reflective wraps also....

I have recently switched from 4" 4-fletch shields to 5" 4-fletch shields and really like them.  My favorite color is the AMG flo. lime -- they really glow like some others have mentioned.  But just plain white still makes for a really sharp looking arrow.

For pure looks, I really like barred fletch with a bright splice on the end -- it just really puts the $ up when you start using barred fletch.

I like three five inch shield cut. As far as color goes I'm always messing with what I think looks good.

4 X 4" parabolic in all white because I can see it, and four fletch looks cool.
