Title: Wanting to make a tube quiver.

Going to try to make a tube quiver similar to the safari tuff style. If anyone has made one please post pics to give me some ideas. Thanks

I am thinking of a quiver made of pvc and putting some kind of material on the outside to really make it unique. It seems like they would make a really tough quiver.

This was made from a section of thin-walled 4" pvc and wrapped with leather from an old set of M/C chaps.  (http://i588.photobucket.com/albums/ss326/longrifle346/Quiver%20pics/Newsidequiver2.jpg)

I have no pics but I made one last w/e. I picked up an Easton arrow travel tube from BPS. It expands in length by a "twist and lock" feature. It also comes with an adjustable strap and a screw on cap. Cut the arrow slot, got the length correct and duct taped in place, sprayed with aerosol adhesive and covered with the sleeves of an old camo LS t-shirt  :biglaugh:  Spray painted the inside of the arrow slot with mat black paint . Turned out great and exactly what I wanted to accomplish. Light weight and sturdy. No pocket but I have plenty of those. Took about 30 minutes. Best of all the cost was less than $20.
