On occasion, i receive a message or question from a fellow ganger looking for guidance or help and I am more than happy to reply and share what I know.
Sharing what we know and educating others is one of the great things about trad. archery and this site. With all the combined knowledge and experience found here, and the willingness to share with others, it makes this is one of the best trad. forums out there.
TradGang, its way more than just a site for the occasional to visit!
Here, Here!! I'll drink to that!!
And Thank You to those that I've hit up for advice and guidance! I hope to pass it along some day to those that follow!
Thats the spirit Skitch! pick it up and pass it along.
Good folks passing it on, thats what its all about.
I don't generally claim to know a lot, but virtually everything I do know about traditional archery I learned right here.
This site has been a blessing for me,great info and friends found here I'd recomend it to anyone interested in traditional archery.
what WHIP said x2
Yep. This is a great place... maybe the best place?... for learning about trad archery. I've said it before, but I've learned a lot more from guys on this site than I've learned from Fred Bear or Howard Hill (books).
Made some good friends along the way, too!
Honest if it wasen"t for tradgang i would think i would still be using wheels.those wheels are boring
I love the multiple forums, the way you can have an avatar to personalize your posts,a signature option at the bottom where you can show off your swag, good search options, and on,and,on. TradGang rocks!!

I also agree with everything afore mentioned. I actually stumbled across this site while doing some research for my wheel bow. The first bow I ever shot was a recurve at scout camp when I was still a youngin'. I was terrible, as was the instuctor. But one eagle scout for about twenty boys didn't give much for one on one. Although I didnt take up archery right then and there, it served its purpose. It definately threw the spark that lit the fire. A few years later, I picked up a wheel bow and never looked back. Although fun and somewhat challenging, I still had the desire for something more. Thats when I found this wonderful place. I read as much as I could and learned a lot before I ever even picked up a trad bow. If it wasn't for this site, I may have never been able to drop the training wheels. Thank you Tradgang, and all of its wonderful members! I will forever be in your debt for this great gift you all have given me. Now, I am an archer! And I will do my best to pass on this amazing gift that we call traditional archery.
