into something like this....

Was thinking of using a Dremel. Any suggestions of what bit to use, and of how to get the surface behind the broadhead so smooth?
Any help would be much appreciated!
Many Thanks :wavey:
I use the small round bit , for wood . I did the same thing , will try to get a pic of it .
If I'm trying to flatten something like that, or the mortise for a hidden tang knife, I wish for a mill, but then chuck a square ended Dremel carbide cutter in my drill press. Put the piece to be ground in a drill press vise and run the piece back and forth, deepening the cut a few 100's each pass. Slow, but does wonders for my shaky hands.
Neat idea, but don't try to wear it through an airport. You'll be donating your hard work to a friendly TSA agent.
Be very carefull running/going (after afew beers) to the mens room you might get cut/or cut off :scared: if you're :help: in a hurry! :biglaugh:
