Pretty sure I'm either going with the GN Kickback or the EFA strap on with setback feature. Any reason I should choose one over the other?
Will be going on Bear Super Kodiak BTW.
Cannot go wrong with either

I just can't pull the trigger. Maybe I should carry one arrow in my hand and just call it good. OCD sucks.
My two favorite. GN will be heavier. That can be good or bad depending on the bow/shooter. I like the arrow configuratuon on the GN better but the color combos and designs on the EFA's can't be beat. Good luck choosing.

Love my EFA with totem

Ha! That's what my bear guide in Maine does--one arrow! Of course the guy is a dead-eye shot with a longbow too.
EFA gets my business. Been PM'ing Mr. Don and plan to order one in the morning.
I just got a GN kickback and it is SWEET!!!!! The hood foam in a GN is second to none in my opinion!!
....now chant, E - F - A! E - F - A! E - F - A!
Though I will say this about the GN....I LOVE that rubber stuff in the hood to hold your BH's....holds em great......Im not helping at all am I
You cant go wrong either way I guess....good luck!
I just received one of EFA's new Mesa quivers today. Sure is nice :goldtooth:

Spent some time on the phone with Mr. Don today, told him what I wanted and he told me what I needed. Five arrow gripper, Chief hood, wing attachment, totem, etc. Said it should ship out tomorrow sometime. Now the waiting begins...
Got the EFA quiver yesterday and love it. Actually reduced vibration in my Super K and also made it more quiet. Everything I wanted in a bow quiver!
Both!
I modified my Great Northern to make it a kickback love it. Then I couldn't help myself and ordered a new EFA 5 arrow with totem and wing. I will let you know what I think! Will the EFA gripper fit woodies and standard carbons? I sent Don a note to ask and have not heard back yet.
DaddyPaul pics?????
I feel the Great Northern Kickback is the perfect quiver. Hood holds 5 of any broadhead safe and secure. My fletches don't rub ever. All that and it is compact, streamlined, light, and shock absorbing package.
Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy my EFA quivers, I've had them since they came out with the original model. But although the EFA is a great option, if you don't mind a little more size and weight, I say go with the great northern. I just feel the quiver body is sturdier, and the rubber straps are more secure than Velcro.
Zane
I have two EFAs and the reason I went with them is because the velcro mounting can be secured where there is NO movement...I could not achieve that with another quiver that had rubber straps. Also, the rubber straps eventually cracked and failed.
Both great quivers
Both good.EFAs are sure light if you are trying to add the least amount of weight to your bow.Great Northerns are excellant too.Hard to be a Thunderboa too.
I have both but the Great northern is my favorite,
