Title: Anyone in Southern Cali?
Post by: Bakes168 on August 20, 2012, 12:57:00 AM
I'm stationed in Twenty-nine Palms, CA in San Bernardino County. Once the weather starts to cool down out here I'm finally going to get out with my long bow and chase any critter I can find. My big three I'll be going after are quail, rabbits (cottontail and jack), and song dogs.
Anyone nearby want to do a little hunting or maybe just shoot some stumps? I'd probably make a weekend out of it.

Semper Fi,
Zack

I live over here in Orange County, its a bit of a drive, but if you have a Sunday free you should come out to Oranco Bowmen in Chino. We have a full 3d course, various walk up targets, and spots out to 100 yds. Open to the public on Sundays only though, the rest of the week is for members only.

BTW, thanks for your service. I was Army Infantry, deployed to Afghanistan in 2008. Ended up on OP Restrepo in the Kunar Province where I was wounded. I got medical discharged in 2009 because of it. I'm just glad we got men like you who are also willing to be Infantryman, we are a rare breed indeed.
