Title: Target repair
Post by: Brian P. on August 07, 2007, 07:32:00 PM
After looking at the thread about repairing 3-D targets, I got to wondering, who makes the best repair kit. I just came into a decent target that needs a bit of work. I have almost nothing in the cost of this target so I would like to spend the savings on a repair.

I saw a vendor at both Cloverdale and Compton this year that had kits, but I wasnt shopping for one at the time. Anyone have contact info for them?

Thanks,
Brian

Brian,
I use great stuff from home depot, it works great and not that expensive.

I just repaired an elk target that was mauled by a bear with great stuff and painted the repair. I have no idea how it hold up.

Target mauled by a bear?  I have heard about using them as decoys but...that's nuts!

Although I have a buddy who had his duck mounts mauled by a lab.  lol
