Title: It was a cool day today!
Post by: Scott Teaschner on August 16, 2012, 07:58:00 PM
It was a cool day today and I think I could smell elk up in the mountains where I hunt. Even though it is an hour ride by truck and another 14 miles on horse back I am sure I smelled elk. Fall is in the air my friends!

I agree, fall is beginning to whisper in our ears.

Scott, I'm in Cody tonight, heading to Yellowstone. When we came over the Bighorns this morning, it was 40 degrees and foggy; felt great! I got into some elk last week while scouting and smelled that awesome smell of wapiti. Come on, Sept 1st!
