actually id rather just a straight screw in
you could add a few washers to an existing head (i.e. zwickey eskilite)...
plenty of good 150's

Arent those brass washers like 1/2gr each?
I would not even worry about 5 grains. It won't matter.
3RA posts washers as 5 grains ea...
Once you sharpen it it won't weight 145 anyways. Especially if you have to work on the bevel.
I'm still shooting the old Bear Razorheads which are 145 with the bleeder and 140 without. Bear is no longer making them but I was in my local sporting goods store the other day and saw another company is now making them.

What company? Are you sure it was the Bear Razorhead?
Thanks.
Kevin
I think its trophyridge that is making the bear heads now
STOS is a fine head, comes in a 145 model.

Are they the same quality as the originals?
Thanks.
I would go with the zwickey black diamond screw in.
