I would not even worry about 5 grains. It won't matter.

Once you sharpen it it won't weight 145 anyways. Especially if you have to work on the bevel.

I'm still shooting the old Bear Razorheads which are 145 with the bleeder and 140 without.  Bear is no longer making them but I was in my local sporting goods store the other day and saw another company is now making them.

STOS is a fine head, comes in a 145 model.
