Opps I messed the link up. It should be right now.
That is a good read.
In my younger days I spent nearly every off work, day bowhunting, during season. Mine wasn't for big racks, just bow hunting.
I had a priest one time that,called it the sin of,gluttony .
It made me slow down some.
I have a understanding family.
Thanks for sharing! Its quite true of many people I know.
Good read, thanks for posting.
Wonderful piece. Thank you for sharing.
Awesome read. I hate how often I hear people say; "Just a doe."
Very good read. Thanks for sharing.
I agree to a certain point. Of course its addictive. Thats why we, keep doing it.. Im guilty of overdoing it but its feeds my family and I just keep running Into popers and I kill em. 10 in a row. I wanna shoot big ones. More meat ... Let the young ones get old. Most people I know talk like this because they cant hunt worth a ****e and got to have something to take away from your accomplishments.I know most of them would hangmm from their wall. could be at the bar I guess and order burnt chislic for $9.50 or spend $50 on ones round of good stake for the family or freinds in one, night.. Take your family with and killm all.. Got to have something to do in this fd up world. Not saying I aint overly addicted though.lol
Very true. Fortunately I've never been caught up in the trophy hunting craze. I just love the experience of the hunt and hunting camp and sometimes that's harder to explain to non-hunters.
very informative, thanks!
Very good post. I have a favorite uncle that missed all the Thanksgivings and Christmas due to always hunting. He has told me numerous times not to let hunting come before my family. He regrets it now. You cannot turn back time.
