Shooting a Bear Super K and want to use a bow mounted quiver for hunting this season.
I definitely want something that will mount very securely to my bow, cannot move or rattle...very important to me.
Secondly, I'd like it to position the arrows back towards the string a little as opposed to being more in line with my bow or sticking out the front, which I think is the back of the bow.
4 or 5 arrow capacity and capable of holding 175 grain VPAs.
Is the GN Kickback the quiver that fits the bill for what I want?
Big Jim makes a great quiver it is secure and does rattle at all. Check them out..
DP- i like eagle's flight quivers. they are very light, solid and should hold 4 of them vpa's. The ONLY thing im do not like about them is that they turn my arrows black where they fit into the gripper.
Check out Big Jim's quiver or the GN Kickback.
I don't think Big Jim's set the arrows back towards the string like the GN though, right? Only reason I'm looking at the Kickback from GN.
I like my arrow set back toward toward the belly/string side of my bow, too, so I ordered my Thunderhorn strap-on with the quiver's lower, arrow-gripper section set back behind the limb instead of centered on it. It works great and has never slipped on any of my recurves. Call Kim or Duanne Jessop
Of course if I ever wanted to mount it centered on the limb, I could take it apart, drill another hole in the center of the metal channel holding the rubber gripper, and reassemble.
There is no one perfect quiver for everyone, we're all different. Modify them for you and your bow/style.
