4x4" shield on Beman MFX 9/32" shafts, helical, done with a JoJan...not a problem at all.
I 4 fletch with 4" parabolics on skinny (9/32) all the time.
It helps if you set up the Bitzenberger with no feather in the clamp, and look for minimum daylight. Then make sure the catch lip of the feather is all the way on the shaft once you do put a feather in it. I would imagine it'd be even easier with 2" feathers. I just hope your tune is close to perfect.
i four fletch 2 inch razor on heritage 150 shafts, in fact one is in the bear paw jig right now.

Your arrows look great. I see that you have them footed on the nock end. How far from the nock are you setting your fletch? I am working on setting some new arrows up with footing front and rear. Thanks!
here is mine yellow and orange are the razor the others are my home made 2.25 inchers, 4 from one full length feather

I just did a dozen 4.75" 4 fletch on my 9/32 beman 500's.
Did it with a jo jan NO problems.
I was amazed at the improved flight achieved when I switched to the blazer vanes for my old wheel bow, especially with broadhead flight. I then bought a dozen of the razor feather equivalent for my stick bows but have been reluctant to try them. Would you expect similar performance improvements over 5 inch feathers that I use now? If so, would you recommend 4 rather than 3 fletch? I'm shooting carbons.

i am getting great flight with the 4 fletch with a VPA 200 grain broad head. i use three fletch when i shoot a 2 blade head such as the eclipse werewolf single bevel

Thanks! If i foot them at the nock end i dont change the space between nock and feather anyhow, just fletch em up as always, wich is the standard in my Jojan if i slide them back till theyre even with the clamp. My nockend-footings are smaller then the ones front anyway. I use 0,5" back and 1" front.
I did 4 fletch 2" on axis FMJ 500s
a question please for the specialist, how do you succed to put the four on a 90 ° angle ? With my JO JAN it's look like impossible ?
The Jojan is either made for 90° or for 105°/75°; Maybe yourse is for 105/75?!
Thank Saumench , should be one of 105 / 75
I use four fletch for my axis shafts and three fletch for most of the others. I don't have any difficulty doing one type of fletching over the other.
I made up some 1816's with x4 4" shields and they fly perfect!
