Title: Where or who will fix/work on ILF recurve limbs?
Post by: David lozzano on July 30, 2012, 06:12:00 PM
Hi all,
Where can I send my morrison limbs to have them worked on? these are carbon/foam limbs and have a small line(crack line?) on the wood above the carbon backing, it is not deep at all and can barely see it. options would be to fix this or change the wood to math the riser. limbs shoot great and that line has been there since day 1.

Thanks,
david

I'd put some super glue on it and forget about it.  Otherwise, I'm sure Bob Morrison would know how to replace it.

I would also think that Bob could fix it

Bob made the limbs so start with him.

Like the others said.  fortunately that crack doesn't look like it's in the structure of the limb, just the thin piece of wood that was used for decoration on the but.  Should be no problem for Mr Morrison to sand that down and replace it.
