Just got great service form Bison Gear: I had a first trip outfitter that I bought years ago when the company was Pack Idaho...
Bought it in 93 or 94...somewhere around there.
I buggered the zipper: Sent it to Bison Gear in Alberton and they fixed it like they said they would.
Even got a call from the seamstress asking if a different color of wool was OK -- they had to totally replace a top panel to make the fix work.
Great service. Great pack. Oh...and they sewed up some moth holes! :)
