Are static tipped recurves harder to shoot well than regular recurves?
Thanks, Skychief.
Not in my limited experience
not mine. Only difference I notice is its a little more quiet then my other bows and really smooth.
old wives tale ,,I have both and I think they are the same to shoot..
I don't find them harder to shoot... but slightly trickier when stringing!

Yep, that's what I was going to say, LOL...
Once strung, I find them quite gentle.
Quiet and extra smooth drawing to me....
I have a 53 kodiak static and other than this one I shot a Genesis Static and to me they feel like longbows,, really cool bows...
as hawkeye said its stringing those suckas that proves to be the challenge
Nope.
Just need extra care when stringing. But, not a big deal. Mostly, be careful unstringing. They tend to want to twist out during the let down.

Not at all.
Smoother draw to me, pretty quick too.
I almost think that they are easier to shoot. Smooth and quick. I like them!
