Well I got this bow about a week ago and just got time to fool with it. I have always liked how the Thunderhorns have looked and they were on my short list. I have never shot or held one and have in the past purchased that way and it didn't end up very well. Well this time it has. This is a fantastic little long bow. Big thanks to Tim Golder and two or three others for letting this one go.

Very very nice.
Outstanding Tom!
It even has a little Tim Golder mojo. :goldtooth:
Sweet bow. I'm loving that riser.
That one is a WOW for sure.
Man, that's beautiful TJ. Enjoy!
Duane builds beautiful/great-shooting bows!! I had a one piece T.H. which I sold to buy a 3 piece T.H.
Both styles are great shooters, put it to good use & ENJOY!

That's a beauty Tom. I've never shot one, but only hear good things about them.
TJ,
Beautiful bow. I, too, have a Thunderhorn Heartbreaker 3-pc. 50# 28 that I bought from a fellow TradGang member. It shoots everything, heavy/light tips, 500 spine/400 spine - everything that I put through her, like darts.
This is definately my go to bow. I have Morrison's, Big Jim's, Hoyt's - and coming this week, my first Centaur, but I never see myself getting rid of this sweet shooting little bow!
Enjoy!

BTW, really appreciate the hardscapes - the concrete paver patio and the fire-pit. Sitting out on mine now with a fire going, enjoying a beautiful evening with my bride and our puppy.
I love a good fire!
Neat background for the photos! Enjoy the new (to you) bow!
I think I have it's twin! Picked it up at Compton's. Mine has 53 and 60 lb limbs. Same woods, same length. Great bow.
Gorgeous bow. Congrats! I love dark risers.
WOW beautiful bow
Nice bow Tom! If the grip was different, I would have kept mine:)
Beautiful
Those limbs are to pretty for you. Maybe you should send that baby across the river. :D
Rob
Great looking bow... Most important thing is you like it..
Another great looking bow Tom !!! :notworthy:
Bill
Great looking bow there sir!
Now that's one fine bow!!! That's a cool looking quiver too.
Very nice looking bow!
Beautiful....congrats!!
And your Zipper Quiver looks great on it.
Nice combo.
Good looking bow Tom. You can break it in right in a little over 4 weeks!
Thanks guys! Sam, the way it shoots as long as broadheads hit where the field tips do I would take it to the stand today.
That is a very sweet looking T-Horn! Congrats Tom.
Is that Micarta/Phenolic in the riser?
Hey Tom,
The only reason I ever let it go was the length. I'll have another soon enough in 60" and 50lbs. I don't think I'd change a single thing, the wood setup my buddy Marvin chose is just beautiful!
So glad you like the bow!
Tim

Joe, they tell me it's Ebony.
Very nice Tom! I've got a one piece that's 1 of 2 of a kind. Sweet bows and excellent craftsmanship!!
Man that is some black Ebony.......pretty pretty
W :D W Thats one awesome looking bow
Joe, just found out it is Micarta. I thought it was awful heavy. They told me it was the first time Duane had used it in a riser.
Gorgeous!!!! If it shoots half as well as it looks, you have a winner. I used to have an old coup stick one piece and it was a nice shooting little bow.
Nice looking T.J.
Beautiful TJ Wow!!!
Wow!!! Nice bow.
Sweet bow TJ! Good luck with it.
Tom, that is one incredible looking bow. The figure in those limbs are FANTASTIC. I cannot stop looking at the photos of this bow. The stippling seriously sets it off. I just got a new shrew that is gorgeous as well, but those wood combos are phenomenal in your bow. Let me know if you ever want to get rid of it!!!! I am sure there will be a line! :goldtooth:
Tom,
You have a great looking bow there, congrats.
Thanks guys, It's a true shooter as well. Here is my second group from the bow from 18 yards.

With my short 26.5" draw I feel no stack or finger pinch from this 58" bow. Some of the smoothest vibration free wood core limbs I have ever shot. It is also very quiet.
Kentucky TJ,that is a beauty!! I love the way the those limb butt ends are shaped. Man that is
a nice bow. Enjoy it buddy.
Beautiful bow TJ,,,, Beautiful!!
Awesome longbow, Tom! Beautiful woods too man.
That quiver looks good on there as well. Looks like a Kanati, except for the hood? Has it been customized?
That quiver looks to be a Zipper to me.
You did good!
TJ, great looking and shooting bow! The Heartstopper has become the bow I judge all others by. I am heading to Alaska for moose and caribou and taking two with me. Congrats on the new addition!
