I'm thinking of going back to a side mount bow quiver for my Predator Hunter TD. I'm currently using a cat quiver and a homemade tube quiver. I had a Great Northern side mount but never liked it. I could never get it to stay tight. I guess I'm in the minority for not liking the quiver. I'm thinking of getting something light. Say a EFA, Kantia, or Thunderhorn , all side mount. Would like to hear about your experiences with each. I also have a Big Jim's strap on for a Kodiak Hunter I have. Love that quiver but it doesn't fit the TD well. I understand Big Jim is in the process of making a side mount model. Another option to check out.
Any thoughts guys?
Check out the Kanati Dual Arc. It's available in a side mount. It has alot of adjustablity, built-in hanger (for Quiver or Bow and Quiver), comes in the Pro Hood (foam) or the ORIGINAL two blade specific Slim Jim hood and is light weight.
I like the Selways or Eagle's Flite. I modify the EFs by using a Selway arrow gripper on the lower bracket.
I like the Eagle's Flight, I have not had a problem with it coming loose at all

Sounds like you need to try a few..................I like the GN adjustable strap on. Don't like the straps on the limbs.

I took a Black Widow 5/7 insert-mounted quiver, and devised a strap-on system for it. I made a couple of long 'posts' to run through the holes in the quiver, and a couple of straps to hold the quiver on the bow. It's a little more elaborate than it sounds here, but it was very easy to do, and very cheap. I've used it for nearly a year now, and it acts, feels, and looks super.

Thunderhorn..I have all of the above mention at least 5 of each..Thunderhorn,is the Best out..It has real Nuts and Bolts not Nylon,There is no slipping..Use a Boa,or if you have inserts in the riser pull the hood out and screw it directly to the Bow,I use the Small Fry...They will not let you down....
I have several Predator bows, I use the Great Northern Quivers, I have been looking at the new Kanati mentioned above and like that it can use our quiver bushings. I really like the option for grippers Great Northern has, not sure about the Kanati. Can anyone mention if the Kanati has gripper options for different shaft sizes. Like how it holds closer to the bow.
All Kanati Quivers can be outfitted with grippers to fit wood, aluminum, or carbon arrows. I believe that very soon a gripper sized for small carbons such as VAP's may soon be available.
x2 on the EFA
Kanati has about anything you can imagine and the Dual Arc is Johns newest design...The craftmanship is built to last and John carries extra hardware incase you may loose something ...I think John had a 10 percent off if you send him a p.m. at the Denton Hill event he mentioned it on his Powwow thread a few days ago and I think this is his last day there? That Dual Arc can be adjusted in many ways and has a hook to hang your bow while on stand...
I just picked up a Kanati from John at Denton. I love the way it fits and all the adjustability on it. Haven't hunted with it yet, of course, but it looks to be a winner.
 Eagle's Flight, stays tight and you don't even know it's there when you're shooting.
Kanati!!!
I prefer the Great Northern Quick Mount
When I hear side mount, I think of a quiver that screws into inserts that are in the riser, not straps. That being said, the Kanati can be mounted in various ways depending on what you need or prefer. This is the new " dual arc" in a side mount application. I really like the way it fits nice and tight to the riser.

Hey Pete...I have a Pred. Hunter on the way. Let me know which quiver you end up with!
