Leave it to Dan Toelke to completely knock it out of the park when you give him a little artistic license. I told him I wanted a bow bolt Chinook. Black micarta riser was a given. When he asked for veneers I told him to suprise me, that I liked the darker woods. He laughed and said he knew exactly what I wanted! 58" bow, 51@28, smooth as can be and shoots right where I look. Has Dan's classic grip on it, came with a black leather grip, but I think I like it better without.

Thanks for the kind words guys. A lot of the bows here have already found their way to the classifieds. This Chinook and the custom Lynx out of the classifieds and I'm as happy as a kid on Christmas morning. Just wish it was so darn hot and the wind wasn't blowing 30mph!
Brad,
Beautiful...Dan is a old school craftsman that is for sure. Won't part with my Whip HS or Kestrel.
Your strings are on their way today.
God bless, Pierre

Pierre, when I opened the box on this one I thought I had the third muskateer to your two!
