For those of you coming to the shoot there will be a lefty Bobcat available to shoot, as well as a righty Bobcat recurve, along with all the regular bows availablle from Hill Country Bows. I'll be picking Roman up at his place tomorrow evening, so pics will be forthcoming tomorrow evening.
The recurve Bobcat is a prototype he just finished. I have yet to see it!! Can't wait to shoot that baby. He said she's quick and very quiet.
OOOOH love to see those Leftys!!!
See you there Kenny. I will not have any xtra bows this year, they are too cumbersome to haul around.
Thought of you Mark, when Roman called and said the lefty would be shootable.
See you guys soon.

New Bobcat recurve. I thought the hybrid limbs were sweet. They are, but, I'm a recurve guy. This set of 50# limbs flat out smoke a heavy arrow! I am so impressed with this bow, I hope it doesn't sell this weekend (jk)!
That lefty riser will b there too With a set of limbs :goldtooth: attached.
Wish I was there to shoot a lefty!
Nice looking riser.
are the recurve limbs as quiet as the longbow limbs?
Mike, when I shot it the finish had bearly been dry and he had no silencers on it. It had a slight twang.
When Roman pried it out of my hands, he put a set of cat whiskers on it then HE went and shot it. Quiet as a mouse.
There's not alot of difference in how the recurve limbs shoot vrs the hybrids, but they sure are sexier :bigsmyl: :bigsmyl:
I just got back from Denton and she sure got alot of attention. I dropped Roman off at his place at around 11 last night and made sure she came home with me :bigsmyl: :bigsmyl:
I sant to shoot that Kenny.
ken
now how am i supposed to decide? The longbow limbs were very quiet and i thought that was the way to go, but i am a recurve shooter.....
Mike
If u dont mind paying shipping, Mike, ill send it to you.
I will talk to you about that offer.
How about some pics of that lefty with its limbs on it to keep us lefties going?
I will tomorrow Colin.
 LOVE the grain marriage between the limbs and riser on that! Wish I took the chance to see it in person at Denton -- probably for the best, or I'd have come home a lot lighter than I did ;) :dunno:
Hey....did anyone check out that sweet looking Harvestmaster with the 2 piece design. That was mine!!!!!
We need pics Greg!!
Greg, a buuuunnnnch of people checked it out.
Saddly Joe, I never took any pics. Roman's finishing it this week. I hope to get down there and take some. I'll post em when I do.

Good to see you again Kenny . Drew
Understood Greg :bigsmyl:
Good to see you Ken also.
Hey wait, I hung out with Drew  :smileystooges:
Thank you for posting pictures Kenny!
They both look great! I really like the color of that boo. It looks great with the bacote. I look forward to shooting it!
Good to see you too Charlie :smileystooges:
Just funnin. I'm glad you guys stopped by. One of these times you need to drag me out of the booth and up the mountain for a course.
Thanks Kenny, by the way , that group that was shooting in front of you on Nine mile were from Canada, near the Quebec/Ontario border and they were speaking french. Not bad guys as it turns out.
In retrospect we should have teamed up with you guys and finished the round. I get a bit impatient at times. :banghead:
Shot the lefty today! It's a hard shooting hunting machine! Was hard to leave it there but I am going to wait on the one I have on order. Shooting it confirmed I made the right decision. I had placed the order before shooting a lefty. I was doing well with this bow today and it's QUICK. Someone will be very happy with this bow!
