Title: Drew MI Bear tag

I finally got a Bear tag in MI! I'm excited is an understatement. I got my Fred Bear custom quiet. I will be using 45# with 1916 with maginus 125gr for broadheads, arrows are 28.5 bop. Cant hardly wait for September!

What area did you draw. I have a friend in the Cadillac area with bears all over his property.

How many points are needed in the UP ?  Delta county area ?

In the past, if you did not have to go the first week, the last (and longer) seasons in many of the UP units could be had with very few, even zero points.

Western end by Porky Pine Mountains first hunt needed at least 3 points and  I got the first hunt.
