I they are not....then there are 4 nice ones there :bigsmyl:
think positive Jim, there all different deer. We'll get 'em opening day. I'm taking off work
dont think they are the same deer.which is a good thing!!!!!
I'll take two, one with my Siren and one with my new recurve!!
In velvet, they (antlers)can grow about an inch a day under ideal conditions. One of the fastest growing tissues known. I believe those are different deer though. They would really have to do some growing to develop like that! Looks like you have a season to look forward to!
I think by looking at pic 5 you have 4 deer in that pic and 3 are defintly bucks..I doubt those are the same bucks cause there's a buck on7-2-12 right side with brows pointing inward that looks nothing like the 7-5-12-and a different one on 7-7-12 ...You have multible bucks in those pics...
Different......which is a good thing. You have some nice bucks there.
thanks guys. thats what i thought too. had heard there horns could grow pretty quick, but not that much in just a few weeks. getting the itch already. cant wait. jeano, that spot is mine, but we'll find a spot to put you.
Hey Jim dont post pics,I know where that is.LOL

Yep, he's right. Deer have the fastest growing bone structure (antlers) of any mammal. I don't know about an inch a day though. The last i remember reading from a biologist is that if they have a great source of food packed with nutrients then they can grow HALF an inch a day in their tines
They look different too me!
pictures 6 and 7 and 8 the same deer.
Different bucks -- like others have said...that's a GREAT problem to have!!!!
