These trail cams are pretty cool. Finally decided to bite the bullet and pick one up, I made sure to buy one of the security cables too. Here is 3 very respectable bucks...

Here is one of the bucks before, and a new one with the beginnings of a drop tine. The rest of the bucks were a spike, a 4 point with a long spike on the left, and a normal 4 point.

Are these the local boys or the ones up north a bit?
They are from the North on Public Land.
your hooked now!
Sweet. Looks like you're in for a fun early season.
I just took the family for a truck ride in the rain to go check my trail camera, and I was not only pleased to have one more new 6 point on the camera, we were all also able to see 5 of the buck grouped up. My little guy (just turned 7 today) decided he wanted to see how close he could get to them. He wasn't to successful, but he made it to a few trees, that when I caught up to him, I noticed they were crabapples, and the fruit was so plentiful that it was weighing down the branches. Looks like this season is coming together nicely. Just happened to be a very brushy oaktree growing about 15 yards from the heaviest producing crabapple tree. Perfect for the Rancho Safari ghillie.
Nice thats more bucks than I have in 2 years of photos at the place I hunt! Enjoy the Cam.
