I have come into some 8125 and would like to make some 12 strand strings for some bows I have been building.  I'm ok doing a basic 2-3 bundle flemish twist but not sure how exactly to incorporate the dacron into the loops to pad them.  Seems like I would have little strings sticking out everywhere.
Also, can someone explain how/why/when you are supposed to do the "counter twists".  I would also like to start doing this.
Thanks a bunch.

Randy, get yourself a copy of "doing the twist" from Chad "LBR"...it's excellent!  I have a copy I could send you to watch if you'd like...let me know bud

I second that Curt! Chads DVD is Very Informative!! You wont be Sorry You Bought it!!

BTW - I shot one of Randy's 3 piece longbows at the Traditional Bowhunters of Montana's get together last month. What a nice bow! Fast, accurate, and all but silent. You got you a good design there bud, and that 8125 string should do the trick.

Thanks for the offer Curt.  PM sent.  You-da-man Bro. You could also send me some good shooting mojo if you want. I can always use that!   :goldtooth:
Thanks for the kind words there Brent. It was nice to shoot a 3-D round with you shooting one of my bows.  Lets chase some Antelope this month.

You run 'em and I'll sit in the blind and shoot when they come by  :archer:    :biglaugh:

I was fast in Highschool but no Speed-goat by any means.  Probably just pull a bunch of muscles.  How bout we both sit in the blind and let the coyotes chase-em by.
