Hey Gang, I need some opinions please.  Onestringer just launched a new feature.  This feature allows you to design your own arrow wrap.  

Here is what I need.

1.  A few good people who want to actually design their own arrow wrap and give me feed back. Not just people wanting free stuff.

2. People who will in the next few days actually do as I request.

3. People who have basic knowledge of completing a transaction on the internet.

The design feature is up and running, there are still some tweaks that will be made, but its basically there.

If you want in on this just let me know on this thread and by Tuesday or Wednesday I will pick the people and give the details.  What I will do is give you a code that is good for 100% off of your purchase, yes that's 100% off, hence the free stuff.  I just need good feedback on the design experience I will give you some free arrow wraps.  Once completed the design is print ready and print quality, what you design is what you get.

I'll give it a try, i've had a string of bad luck with spray painting my cap and fletching with "Platinum" glue and also the fletch tape, and want to try some wraps.  I'm a QA inspector by trade and will give you a fair assessment of the process, thanks.

Bump for you. I buy my arrows fletched so i'm no good here. I'd love to see some gnarly designs, though.

I have  been known to buy a few things off the net. If I fit your needs, I'm in.

I will be happy to help out.  I was thinking about trying to design my own wrap with you.  This sounds like a great opportunity to make it happen.

Cool deal. I'm an illustrator by trade so I could probably never make myself use something like that, but I'll bet everyone else will love it. I've been happy with the wraps I designed and you made for me a few weeks ago.

It would be cool to see some pics of the wraps when they are done.  I imagine some of the designs will be awesome.

Sounds like another good business innovation to me, Scott. Wish i had the time, and still did art work, as i would have enjoyed it - and i do use your wraps for all of my carbons and most any aluminums i still use. Perhaps I'll get around to trying it after you get it all set up and incorporated in your great services. You go, buddy!

I would like to play around with it, don't need free wraps, though. You tweaked my curiosity about what your app could do.

Scott, I tried the self design and couldn't get any snake skin options. I wanted to do a copperhead skin with some cresting toward the forward end. I finally ordered just plain copperheads and figured I would crest them before putting on the DoubleDog wrap.

Maybe I wasn't going about it the right way.

I think its a great idea. We all like to think we have something unique in our arrows.

I'm going to be in the hospital for a bit, but when I get back to finishing up some arrows, I will definitely try it again.

I'd like to try it out too.  Either way, I'll be using it for sure when you get it running.

I shop online alot and will give you a honest opinion of your new feature on your website, you don't even have to send the wraps

I was going to order some anyway and I've already designed a few of my own in the past so I will be able to compare the new system to the old which consisted of me calling Mindy.  Going to be hard to improve on that but I'm willing to give it a go.

I'm not putting my hat in the ring for the trial but I wanted to say thanks for the offer! I tried using the creator a week or so ago and couldn't get it to work right for me so I wouldn't be much use to you in using it. LOL.

I would be interested, I have been wanting to get a wrap made up honoring one of my hunting buddy's who passed on a couple years ago.

Scott, I posted earlier that I wasn't able to get a copperhead background. Either you've cleaned up the program, or I got my head out in the sunshine.

I tried it again and it works perfectly. I'll crest the plain copperheads (that you always ship so promptly), but I'll definitely make up my own next time.

Thanks folks, I drew random names out of a hat.....well my kids did.

Snake skins have been added, and someone stated they tried it a week or so ago.  The design feature was up briefly for one day during that time frame, but I immediately saw things that needed changing so we took it down.

I just completed mine and ordered. Process was very easy to design a wrap. Lot's of great choices. Only thing I can think of is to show some examples or possibly a set of templates. Probably the only negative is you either know exactly what you want or you spend a few hours designing wraps and finally getting it right, but then again that is what makes it so cool.

Well, here is a little snag for you...it won't work on my iPad because it is Flash based.  Will try again tomorrow from a PC.
