My father gave me a nice German blade Puma for Christmas a couple years ago. I love the knife but hate the nylon sheath(WHY?) that came with it. Just wondering which sponsor you would go with for a sheath? Doesn't have to be super fancy. It's going to get bloody. Thanks guys.

I know where I would look for a special sheath.
Wyoming Wildlife Artistry - Assoc. Sponsor here - Scott does absolutely amazing work!
Curious about this as well......
Ive seen Scotts work here only but its not hard to say that you cant do much better than him.
X 3 on Scott..... nicest tooling I have seen to date. Gotta post pics on the finished product. I have a Buffalo handle Doug Campbell knife I am going to send Scott soon for a sheath. Original sheath on it just doesn't do the knife justice.
:campfire:
X3 for Scott! Haven't seen any of the other sponsor who may be doing hem and maybe because Scott's work just stands out! Really incredible craftsmanship, take a look in the Knife forum.
Scott for sure..
Scott!
How about for a plain, simple but sturdy knife sheath?

I saw his work at Compton this year....WOW! I have never seen better leather work.
I am sure that Scott could do plain and simple too.
And he's a heck of a nice guy !
So what are you guys trying to say? Maybe I should call Scott?
Rob
Scott's stuff is real nice. I had Art Vincent make one for me. A lot of the guys in the knife section of this forum make nice ones.
Scott is great to work with!
Rob, looks like you better call Scott! :D

I looked around for a while, and ordered a laced cross draw sheath for my Puma with Steve Catts - not a sponsor here, but lots of folks here like his stuff, he's an easy guy to talk with, and you can see on his website the quality of his work.
Only thing is I haven't seen the sheath yet; should be in the mail today. It's about a month later than expected, but I know it'll be good work at a reasonable price.
