I robin hooded one of my newly feather fletched 2117's It didnt stick but it busted the nock and bulged the uni bushing. I think I can repair it with a new uni bushing.
I guess I should be happy because my form is getting better but money has been tight since I went back to school and I hate to lose arrows! Oh well its only one arrow! I am getting to the point where I would be very confident in hunting with this bow as long as the shot is within 25 yards.
Scott.
Sounds like you are ready for deer season, good job
Congrats! My first Robin Hood was my friends arrow, which was where my arrow wanted to go. To save me money I shoot arrow at a time now.
Good shooting!!!
I have busted nocks, broke a few cedars, but I have never had a true robin hood
The first one is really cool. The second a little less cool. The third, and subsequent ones will tick you off!
Congrats on some good shooting!

thats cool. still waiting on my first here too...
Congrats! Sweet Pain!!
Waiting on my first. congrats.
What Bisch said !!!!!
Congrats. Your groups must be getting tighter and that's always a good thing
X3 what Bisch said.
Thats why i shoot only 2 arrows at the same spot anymore (not that im that good of a shot, just to be safe ;) )
Congratulations
time to paint some more spots on your target.
Good shootin Scott!
I usually only shoot 3 arrows at a time. This happened on my 2nd shot. I think I would have been happier if the 2nd arrow had stuck in the 1st one and stayed but the field point just went in and hit the bottom of the uni bushing and then bounced out.The bulge fits my 200 gr field point perfectly. I guess my old 45# Ben Pearson doesnt have the strength to send an arrow down the shaft of another arrow! It was a dramatic richochet though!
Way to go Scott. Archery's hole in one! But, as above, one is enough!
Nice shot! But it does get expensive.
I heated the uni bushing up and pulled it out. I will have to trim the rear of the arrow just a bit due to the slight bulge. With a new bushing and nock that arrow should be good to go back into the quiver.
