Title: Cheaper Arrowmaster?
Post by: Iowabowhunter on June 19, 2012, 09:02:00 PM
Good evening guys and gals, I was thinking back about shooting up at the trad shop here in DM, and I remember seeing a gentleman who had what I thought to be a Safarituff Arrowmaster but when I questioned the guy he said it wasn't a Safarituff after all. It had ASAT camo on there, and I believe he said that it can be ordered in any type of camo. I can't remember the name of the quiver, any ideas? I would hopefully be able to come up with some $ for it by hunting season this year. I do like the Safarituff quiver's however they are a little out of my price range at the moment. Any pics of what you guys use would be great as well!

The only cheaper arrowmaster is a less expensive used one.    :D

I have seen a couple tube quiver. One I think was on the auction site. I got a little info on the one that looked the best once and asked about them, but got no input. Don't recall the name now.

The Arrowmaster comes slightly smaller and no pocket, called a Duiker, I believe.

I think I remember hearing the guy say "dog" something when I asked what the name of the quiver was?

Weird double post.

I have seen the Dawgware  quiver, but that is not the one I was talking about. It could be the bow mate I see on 3rivers now.  I would spend the extra $10 over the least expensive of those two options.

Simmons I think has a rotory one that was less expensive.  Have not see one around for a while, but have seen them cheap used.

Make your using pvc any kind of camp fabric or burlap. I think I make one out burlap. It makes an almost indistructable quiver and water proof. You can make for about $15 using whatever you already have.

Simmons makes one that is rotary and works pretty good with an arrow length under 30". I really like the Bow Mate Elite quiver though.

I've made several tube quivers and even owned the Simmons version. I ow use the Arrowmaster over all else. Pricey but worth it in my opinion.
