Title: strung bow case
Post by: Bear Heart on June 13, 2012, 11:05:00 PM
Are there any cases designed to carry a bow when strung?

The best one I have found is sold by 3Rivers.  http://www.3riversarchery.com/product.asp?i=1154

I have used it extensively and have a very high opinion of it. I got the one that allows the use of an attached bow quiver. The case will be going back to Australia with me in a couple of weeks.

Yes.

Neet and Kathy Kelly make them. I assume others do as well.

Black Widow sells a couple different ones. One holds a strung bow w/ quiver and arrows attached (#400) and one without quiver attached (#405).  I hunt out of a boat quite a bit and the #400 has been perfect for my needs.

i am pleased with the neet strung longbow case i bought from kustom king.

a bit pricey, perhaps, but just the ticket for me.

it handles my 68" robertson, but would not accept an inch more.

Kathy Kelly soft bow cases. I have 3, I had them since she started making them and they still look new.  If you put a bow quiver on get the one for the quiver. Excellant when traveling. Kustom King sells them.
