Seriously considering the NAP 200 gr. Razorcap for whitetails this year. Just wondering if anyone out there has any experiences (good or bad) with them.
Ken
I took some out of the package and looked at them at my local archery shop. I will tell you this, they are very sharp out of the package. You could have blood trailed me through that shop.
They are not a bad looking head but i have used any on anything other than my self
A fine BH that wont let you down
Its what I use, and love them. Great head they won't let you down.
I love them...killed an elk and deer now with them and have been very very impressed.
I killed one elk with them, had a complete passthru easily. Those were the 150 grain heads. they wre plenty sharp.
great blood trail, on a slightly high hit.

Killed a bear with one. Down in 30 yards and 10 seconds. Can't complain!
I haven't killed anything with them yet,but i've shot them at my target and they sure fly straight.

If I wasn't on the Kustom King field test team using Trailmaker heads (which I love), I'd still be using Razorcaps. It's as good as they get in a 3 blade head.
I haven't used them in the last couple of years but have had good luck with them in the past. Matter of fact, I plan on using them again this year because I got a bunch of them . Here's a few razorcap pics.

I've killed moose, bear, deer and turkey with them. Everything almost always goes down in sight. The steel in them is great... takes and holds a superior edge. Here's last year's blood trail. it wasn't very long.

I've used them on deer and turkeys without fail. I've only had one break, and that was on a sika spike. No idea what happened there, but it was most likely shooter error.
I am using these heads. They fly great. Get SUPER sharp and STAY that way. Also, they are really tough. BILL
I also use and love them, some of the best blood trails i have ever seen.
I used to use them and they do some damage on game but I have since switched due to the welds and Ferrels breaking. To expensive to keep replacing for me!
Great head- killed lots if critters with em- like 30.
super sharp and flys great !
Me too, Deer, Hog, Javalina all went down with razorcaps. Solid head, easy to sharpen and they hold an edge.
200 grain user here... 4 shots, 4 whitetails, 3 short trails, one longer due to high shot angle (poor choice on my part) but was recovered.
They seem to be difficult to sharpened. But the steel seems tough
Great head. Killed lots of critters with em. Like 40
amazonjim,
Get a Jewel stick diamond sharpener best I have used for these heads.
Ditto on the Jewel stick.
