If any of you guy went and had fun please post up so all can see and hear your stories!  Hope this is alright Mods to get a little going there, thanks.

This was my 6th year to shoot there. Terry puts on a great event in a really nice venue. I recommend it highly.

He regularly has a number of really great vendors, which always costs me considerable money. Whether you are a recurve guy, a longbow shooter or primitive shooter, you can get plenty of supplies.

If some of you Northern guys are thinking about coming south for a few events, this is a good one.

Best of all are the folks that come from Alabama and the surrounding states. It is a fun time.

Sam,

Wish I knew what you look like, probaly seen you there, would have loved to have met you.  Next time I need to wear a Trad Gang name tag or something to identify my self   :goldtooth:

It is a really great shoot and I owe Possum Head Kirk Barnard for getting me to go last year.

Terry always puts on a great shoot--and we couldn't have asked for better weather this year (although the temps at the Pre-Spring Arrow Fling are more to my liking).

We have some great shoots here in the South...another is coming up in two short weeks....

Wished I could have made it. Love shootin critters in those beautiful rocky hills. One might wonder what motivates a man like Terry to continue to put so much effort into an event like this and not get to play like the rest of us boys. Truely a hard worker and kinda scary to think what we would do without him. Hope he sticks it out for years to come and I know the Boyscouts appreciate him!

This is was my first event and definitely not my last. Great people all the way around. I will be going back and hoping to go to some more shoots around this area.

I only got 2 rounds in..my forts round and a round with my hill bow I won back in 2010.  I did well with it..for me anyways.  Hill bows just aren't for me and haven't looked at ut in a year..since last years shoot!  I do like the bows, just can't get use to them.

I had a conversation during the shoot off with a guy from Arkansas bout duck hunting out there...I u r here please pm me..I wanna go!

Thanks terry, scott and all involved and congrats Sam!
