Just curious if anyone may have tried these.

I did buddy and when they got to me I gotta say I wasn't impressed. I must've missed something, I've heard they worked pretty well and that the finished product was decent, but what came out of that package I couldn't bring myself to put on my Omega.
I gave mine to my son to scare his momma and sisters with.....
Not yet, but thank-you for pointing that out. I will undoubtedly give copperhead a try on a selfbow here sometime soon. I was unaware of these. Copperhead skins are like finding hen's teeth.
Go with ONESTRINGER all the way, if not the real ones. The cloth ones are not worth the time and look like cloth!!!!
There's some copperhead skins in the auction, check them out.
Glad you asked Rick, I was kinda looking at those for a bow that is slightly too plain for me. Guess I'll hold out for finding the right real ones.

I know Thom, Ive got a HH Wesley Special that needs covering up. Think I'll just go with the socks, can't bring myself to taking sandpaper to the limbs.
True, if my NM had solid glass I'd already have skins on it. Since it's clear glass over plain bamboo I'm still tempted. If this was some of Steve's maple or elm I'd never even think it.

Guys, get ahold of Snakewood3. He either has or can get the skins you need. I have had nothing but success when working with his skins.
The actually work pretty well. My buddy put them on his wife's Sage and at first glance I thought they were the real thing. Up close you can tell that they are cloth though. I do not recommend putting them on a custom bow, but if you have an old beater that needs sprucing up they do work well.
