Well after trading into a MOAB a few weeks back the second one arrived today. A forum member had offered up one for sale to me and it was borderline on the weight I was looking for at 55#. He also had no pics. Well being true to Tradgang member form he offered to send it to me to play with to see if I liked it before I bought it. Well it showed up today and was even better that I expected. I grabbed the arrows from the 50# MOAB and stepped out on the porch. These were the first 6 arrows at 18 yards and I think this one might be a keeper as well. Justin, I'll have some money headed your way tomorrow!!! (grin)

MOABs have been known to bring a smile to more than a few people.
Congrats on the bow. She's a looker too.
Another thing I find impressive are the skinny strings. The 50#er has one while the 55# is stock. Shooting them both side by side I almost can't tell a difference between them. I can't wait to get a skinny string on this 55#er and see how she does then!!!
They are great bows!!
Congrats on a nice bow.
Nice looking bow and some good shootin!
congrats on a nice bow!
Nice! Good luck with it. Kinda looks like my target, oh my aching elbow, lol
Nice looking bow.
nice looking bow!!!
Sweet looking bow! I am in love with the limbs.
Brad,
glad you are liking the bow & glad it made it to you safely. It was great talking to you, enjoy your new MOAB.
Justin
Nothing better than a MOAB
Bow looks good...looks like the target has seen better days...good shootin! :bigsmyl:
Thanks guys I like the bow alot. That target is OLD. It was one my father-in-law had laying around and was going to throw out....I salvaged it and put it back in action. I had been shooting at a block type target and a homemade bag target hanging from a frame. Threw the ram target right in front of the hanging block and was back in business. (grin)
In all fairness I shot the bow alot last night (after I got the grass mowed...ugh) and not all my groups were spectacular but overall I shot it very well. I think I can get away with running the same arrows in both the 50 and 55#er. I did notice with the slightly weak arrows they would go a little bit right when my release was sloppy.
I've been working on my back tension and my release the past few weeks and am seeing a marked improvement in my shooting.
My MOAB has become my go-to bow. Gotta love 'em. :archer2:
