Anyone use Loctite Weld/JB Weld for glueing their broadhead adapters? I have been using the clear type two part epoxy with good results but wondered if the weld type epoxy would be stronger.
I've used jb weld when I couldn't find my hot melt. It works fine, definitely stronger than a hot melt.
The two part epoxy works well for me. No issues as of yet.
I have been wondering about the JB Weld myself though. I'll be watching the responses.
I use JB weld to glue my inserts into my AD carbons and it works great. Much stronger than hot melt and they don't pull out in targets the way they sometimes fo with hot melt. Not sure if it would be any stronger than the epoxy you are currently using but worth a try.
I use slow cure JB weld or slow cure 2 ton epoxy, both 2 part. The slower the cure, the stronger the bond, never had one come loose with either of these products.
