Title: Best glue on nocks?
Post by: Biathlonman on May 27, 2012, 09:27:00 AM
Been a real long time since I've used glue on nocks.  What's the best out there.  I like a fairly tight nock fit and I'm not a fan of the locator.  Will be for 2016s if it makes a difference.

Sorry. I miss read your post. I have tried the Bearpaw nocks from Kustom King. The locator is very slight and the string fit was snug. Plus they are inexpensive as well. Don't know if they are the best. However I had no issues with them.

I like the snap nocks, not to tight but tighter than bohning which I find slip off the string at the worst times.

If you're shootin' 3-finger under, I prefer a snap-on knock / Marco / Bjorn style.  Helps to prevent dry-fires in moments of excitement....

Shoot straight, Shinken

I shoot split.  I've got some old bohning classic witout an indicator that I like ok, could use a touch tighter on the string.  Should i go Marco or Bohning T?

Build the serving area up with a little dental floss. Works great.
