Steve check out www.surewoodshafts.com (http://www.surewoodshafts.com) You won't find a better shaft. Cost a little more than other shafts but the quality is a LOT better than other shafts.

Always good service and advice from Ted at Raptor archery-www.raptorarchery.com
I've had terrific quality of cedar shafts and service from Lost Nation.
Best price? Don't know.
I haven't shopped around since the quality and service (which are most important to me) have been so good with Larry and Janice.
Twig archery. He has poplar, ramin, cedar(and maybe others) in parrell, tapered and barrel tapered. Good prices too!
Brandywine Traditional arrows.
The Footed Shaft, in Rochester, MN. You can e-mail Lamont Grainger at footedshaft@uswest.net or fax him at 507-288-3262
If he doesn't have -- or can't get -- what you want, he should know where it can be found.
If you are looking for hardwwod shafts Bill Bonczar at Alheganey Mountain Arrowwoods would be the person to talk to. Joseph
Hildebrand arrow shafts. Outstanding customer service and excellent shafts.
I second Raptor Archery. I have been getting his Douglas Firs shafts from a while now, and they are always top notch. I cant remember having to cull a bad shaft because of grain runout, mismiatched spine weight, or any other reason. Previously, I had bought shafts from several dealers, including the big boys, and I always had to cull shafts for one reason or another.
Foxfire Archery. Great prices. I just ordered 2 dozen Sitka spruce shafts. I haven't received them yet so I can't speak about the quality but I'm hoping very good. They are also a sponsor.
I'll second what vintage45 said on Hildebrand shafts. I just ordered a dozen spruce shafts from them. Straight and straight grained and the weight was within 5 grains. Jim.
